The General Manager of the North West Development Authority (MIDENO) has been decorated as the Officer of the Order of Valor.

The decoration of Cletus Anye Matoyah on May 20th 2022 comes as a result of hard work at the helm of the Development Organisation.

Since his appointment and installation in 2019, Staff of MIDENO and the general public have saluted him for simplistic style in management, putting the farmers first and with a resolve of improving food sufficiency in the North West Region.


   Speaking to the Upfront during the event, Cletus Anye Matoyah revealed that it was his third medal from President Paul Biya and he believes it will cause himself and collaborators to work harder.

 The medal laureate used the event to encourage his collaborators in MIDENO to be productive.

" I want to use this opportunity to tell my collaborators in MIDENO that we have to be more committed and productive in our work; because the helm of the state is watching"

In his capacity as CPDM Section President for Mezam 1B, Cletus Anye Matoyah revealed there have been many roadblocks as far as carrying out party activities in the Region is concerned. He beckoned militants not to be discouraged.

"As keepers of the umbilical cord of the CPDM party, Militants should continue to sacrifice and be vigilant because the times are very challenging"  Cletus Anye Matoyah 


 The event that held at the Bamenda Commercial Avenue ceremonial ground also witnessed matchpast by the military Corp and civilians.
