​At Home coming of Senator Kobenge Sekedi, Hon Wallang Richard Donates Health Kits, Cash Gifts to Benakuma District Hospital!

The Honorable member of Parliament for Menchum, Wallang Richard recently donated Health Kits to the Benakuma District Hospital. According to the Honorable Member of Parliament, the donation which comprised of assorted Medications and Medical equipments, cash gifts amongst others, is geared towards improving health care in Menchum Valley. 


Receiving the donation on behalf of the health facility, Dr Fogoum Jodel said the donation was timely and would address some urgent needs at the facility. He expressed satisfaction to the donor for his largesse and hoped there will be more of such visits to the health facility.        After making the donation, the Hon member of Parliament proceeded to visit different wards during which he had a one on one with patients and handed them cash gifts.

The Honorable member of Parliament used the donation exercise which coincided with the “Meet the Peoples Tour” of Senator Kobenge Sekedi to caution Benakuma residents to collaborate with state officials for a return to normalcy in the country.

“You all must be Ambassadors of Peace because Peace remains the only gateway to meaningful development” Hon Wallang.

The Honorable member of Parliament assured the population of Menchum Valley that challenges such as bad roads, water and electricity shortages will all be a thing of the past if all hands are put on deck for peace to return to the country.

The event which held at the Benakuma Grandstand witnessed the presence of Political, Adminstrative and Religious Leaders.
